My 3 months 15 days old baby slept at end of nebulization. Is it normal?

A. It is normal, after nebulization the baby will sleep well. Due to congestion in the chest the breathing will be difficult and inhaling the air getting blocked. Nebulizer process is liquid medical item with pressurized air will change into gas / moist type which will dissolve the blockage at the moment.
