#asktheexpert hi doctor,actually my baby is not gaining weight,was 4.5kg at end of 2 months and now at the end of 3 months she is only 4.8kg,baby is only on breastfeeds.what to do for weight gain of my baby???

A. Dear mum, weight of 4.8 kg is normal for 3 months old baby. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your child till 6 months complete. At one episode of breast feeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain.
