my 3 month old son spitting up after every feed from 2days.. doctor suggested bifilac with water.. and he has indigestion problem. can water be given for 3 month old? report attached.. how to overcome indigestion??

A. no water should not be given to baby until baby turns six months exclusively breast feeding.. babies spitting out or vomiting is common because of reflux action.. always burp after feed keep baby in upright position and gently rub the baby back for some time.. give cycling massage of baby legs circular massage of tummy, tummy time for good digestion..
