my 3 month old baby sleeping through the night 12pm to 8am ..and not wakeing up for feeding also ..is this any concern .

A. baby can sleep at stretch of 5-6 hrs after six weeks.. can also sleep whole night without feed.. you can offer..feed to baby if not okay feed the baby after the baby wakes up.. take care
