my 3 month old baby not peeing at night from 11pm to 7am in morning... n not wake up for taking feeds what should I do

A. hello parent your kids 3 month old monitor the urine output throughout the day if the child is active gaining weight and passing urine 6 to 8 times per day do not worry

A. Hello dear parent! Ideally babies should breastfeed for every 2 to 3 hours initially. As long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds well in the mornings, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day then nothing to worry. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand.
