my 3 month old baby have tears in his eyes.

ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician2 years agoA. Hello,your baby boy is 3 months old and he is getting tears from his eyes so mostly due to allergies like dust and smoke or Kajal or it’s a blockage of nasolacrimal ducts and he needs opinion of paediatrician or eye specialist

Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow your doctor’s advice. Regularly massage your baby with Sebamed baby soothing massage oil.
