Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. it is quite common that small babies will be having block nasolacrimal ducte the reason there will be tears coming from the nose of the baby you may consult once doctor for appropriate advice in this regard

Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 8 m old girl5 years agoA. hi usually it is normal. as young babies don't have fully developed tear ducts. just give Massage from inner sides of eyes to tip of nose. don't apply kajal or anything. clean your child eyes with fresh tap water maintain good hygiene
