My 3 month old baby has eczema on her face and what should I use for the neck and thigh crease as she is a chubby baby and it gets pink when I use ATOGLA lotion which I use for her face.

A. normally atogla is a good moisturizer lotion and if you feel that it is not suiting the child and you can go for any other baby moisturizing lotion like cetaphil. and it has to be applied again and again for proper results on the same day
