My 3 month kids sleep for almost 8-9 hours straight at night and doesn't wake up for milk. Is this okay to be like this or should I wake them up and feed?

A. hi mom its absolutely fine dont worry let them sleep also there sleep patterns will keep changing exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is preferred

A. I have twins so exclusively breastfeeding is not possible but I give them as much as I can. moreover I give them formula as well. hope this is ok
