My 3 month baby has pimples in her diaper area. some look like they have pus. I use rash cream regularly. do I need to worry ? this does not look like a normal rash

A. It’s looking like an infection check with your doctor if you can see there is PUSS building inside of the area so I think it would be better to check with your doctor for the time being you should completely stop using diapers for your child
