my 3.5yr old daughter is getting severe vomiting and not eating anything.last day we went to water park. what could be the treatment?

Maybe it is the dirty water that your child must have taken in while going to the water park so it is going to be good for you to check with your doctor these things sometimes can happen due to indigestion or food poisoning as well it’s best to check with your doctor for further treatment and medication associated with the issue
