My 3.5 old month old baby not making eye contact and not giving social smile. She smile and laugh a lot at fan, lights, walls, curtain etc but not give smile back when we smile at her. Also very few times she makes eye contact. When i play peekaboo she gives eye contact. Also she tracks object very nicely. Look at flash cards also. Look at moving objects or if someone enters the room. Did anyone faced this issue with their babies and how your baby is doing now please reply.
