my 3.5 month old baby's tongue has turned black all of a sudden. I tried cleaning it with a muslin cloth but it is still not going. Can someone let me know if this is something to worry. I clean his tongue everyday with a soft cloth post bath. all his bottles are sterilized thoroughly post every use.

Without proper physical examination it is not possible to conclude anything. Please consult your child’s doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Continue breastfeeding.
