Q.

my 2nd one is about to complete one year.idid not had my periods since my delivery.its c section delivery..can you please share the reason ad how can I get my periods naturally.

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregularities in periods till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. use effective contraceptive measures for child spacing and once do all routine investigation

A. hi dear Your period will typically return about six to eight weeks after you give birth, if you aren't breastfeeding. If you do breastfeed, the timing for a period to return can vary. Those who practice exclusive breastfeeding might not have a period the entire time they breastfeed.
