my 2months old baby boy, he eyes are sticky like light yellow colour sticky eyes. what is the solution of this problem. please tell me

Think it could be give me some allergy irritation in the eyes so as of now clean it with cold water regularly I just get a check with your doctor once if it is some issue and according to that the eyedrops could be suggested for the child
