My 20months old son is active understands all commands and has learnt all basic things , only thing i am concerned is he only speak big sentences in a language we don understand and calls us not by saying ma n papa but by his assigned words but he points out things and makes us understand watever he needs , he speaks his own language but not specific words , is it normal

A. you can wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly anad fluently if its not so then consult doc, keep interacting more dont worry if other milestones are normal . . .
