Q.

#asktheexperts my child is not speaking yet he is 2.4yr old,but understands things and express things what he want? should I be concerned??

A. not speaking but expression ... try encouraging the baby more and more.. break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you let the baby mingle with same age grps
