Q.

my 20 months old daughters wake up ard 8 to 9 am...earlier they used to sleep twice in day ..but now they sleep only once 12:30 pm for 1-2 hrs....n wakes up ard 2 pm...n then sleeps for night ard 9:30 to 10 pm...I just wanted to know what can b other possible routine for them as lunch gets delayed if they wake up ard 2pm or later.... should I give them lunch ard 1-2 pm n then make them sleep for afternoon nap?? when should I fit in play ground time.. presently they go ard 4:30 - 5 :30 pm... it becomes difficult to cut their TV time..because like other kids their attention time in any other activity is less..n then again demand for TV

A. thanks for the reply..I do give them cut fruits n food in plate...they eat a bit on their own...n then move here n there...I try to encourage them to eat on their own ..but this habit of TV isnt going... actually with twins challenge is one is eating n other wants TV.....or vice versa.. how to encourage for playing indoor....either have to take them out...but not possible 2/3 in a day...should input them in play grp/ day care for 1-2 hrs

A. Hello dear parent! Limit the screen time. Communicate more effectively with your child. Encourage your child to play around. Serve your child healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating. Be patient and persistent in your efforts
