Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding sleep pattern in children above one yfear of age you have to just make a proper discipline for the child so that gradually the child will develop a proper schedule and avoid too murch of screen time and other activities at least one hour before sleep also make the room environment and temperature favourable for the child to sleep.
toddlers may have night terrors and nightmares which needs to be managed accordingly.

A Lot of kids start maintaining a proper schedule after the age of two years only as of now if you want you can avoid making your child sleep during the day time so that your child is going to be tired by the end it will hopefully sleep for proper direction to ring the night time that’s one thing that you can try
