Q.
My 20 month old twins are not eating anything. They are on family pot and have been used to all kinds of food that we eat. However since a week, they are not eating anything except biscuits (which we are forced to give as they don't eat anything else). is this a phase or do I need to do something?

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist3 years agoA. Hello mom could very possibly be a phase which most of the children. This age go through .. avoid giving biscuits or other snacks or too much of milk.
Try to present the regular foods in different ways to them and make their meal time fun and interesting..
