Above one year completion the maximum milk requirement should be around 500ml per day only, rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Let the children be physically active and healthy as much as possible. Good luck and take care.
