my 2 yr son nevr says a single word? should i worry about it? he understands everything

A. Just give it three or four months try to talk to your child more and more better you communicate more you communicate the better than child is going to learn also you should get some medication toys and books with which you can teach and make your child teach and memorise things so that the child would like to talk more
