My 2 yr 4 months old twins(who were prematured by 40 days) can speak only few words. They have speech delay. All other milestones are on time. Can you suggest if this is common in premature twins?

A. hi yes,its common and normal infact,now a days even normal babies learn to speak lately due to nuclear family condition , lack of interection with parents as both are working and due to prolonged exposure to screen too
