Q.
my 2 years old son fell down and then hit his right head back side , there is no external injuries, after a while he little bit vomited, but now he is alright, i have a doubt vomits is any dangerous sign or not, I am feeling very panic

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. vomit s a bad sign. It is not possible to comment upon this issue as this might require a detailed examination and evaluation and also some tests to arrive at a diagnosis and so can consult a nearby doctor for the same and so .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy4 years agoA. It's okay to have a bout of vomiting after a fall, but it shouldn't persist. Seems unusually sleepy during the day or can't be awakened at night. Try waking your baby a couple of times the first night after his fall, just to make sure he is fine.
