Q.
My son 15 months old fall down yesterday while walking and hit in back side no bump or injuries he was crying then he settled down today he is having mid temp is this normal

Yes this temperature could be because of falling down only so you can give paracetamol to the child repeat every six hours if needed and these things are very common to happen also monitor well with the behaviour of the child for another 24 to 48 hours if you see anything anything odd or vomiting or discomfort and please get a check with your doctor
