My 2 months old boy doesn't burp most of the times after patting his back after each feed.. And this gas wakes him up during his sleep and sometimes he vomits after waking up. This happens even after burping him. There's too much gas. Sometimes he vomits(mouth and nose) as soon as he finishes feeding and even before I could pat his back.. What should I do??
