my 2 months old baby is having swell in right scrotum, not sure how it came suddenly its a mosquito bite or something, currently applying ice pack and caramel lotion, I saw it yesterday today also it is of same size could you please tell what it might be

Get your child personally examined by the paediatrician and seek medical assistance immediately in this matter. Maintain a good personal hygiene routine routine for your baby and follow your doctors advice.
