Q.

my 2 months baby is having fever as temperture on thermometer is 38.4 what should i do pls advice

A. give fepanil el drops to the babyFever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
