My 2 month old son has protruding belly button since past 2 weeks...what is it?does it require treatment?

A. the child is having umbilical hernia which is very common in children and goes away by maximum 2 years of age.s with growing age it regresses and goes inside it does not srequire any intervention or treatment before 2 years if it is non complicated. meet your doctor once who will tell you whether any intervention or wait and watch policy is required.

A. Where could be due to umbilical hernia Shun better get it checked once because it is seeming like that only so you’ll be sure about it after getting it checked with your doctor and if any particular treatment is required they will help you on that
