My 2 month old baby spits up a lot while burping after feeding (breastfeed). Her pediatrician says it is very normal for babies to spit up but I am worried as she spits up lot of milk and curd.

See there is a problem called stomach reflux which is with every child after their birth they take time to digest whatever you are giving for which is why the vomit quite a lot in this case I can only suggest you one time to keep your child on shoulder for at least 15 to 20 minutes after giving a feeding to the child and also feed your child only on demand
