my 2 and 2month old baby doesn't have a linguistic development... what shall I do

A. Hai good evening !! Did you mean speech !!! Generally babies speak 60-80 words by two years starts two word sentences ,identify things with names ,respond to commands... If baby is npt speaking words,not identifying ,not responding to commands ,no direct eye contact then need to go for assessment with developmental paediatrician,speech therapist.
