my 2.9 year old baby understand everything..but talk less..he gives just 1 or 2 word answer..is this a matter of concern

A. if the child is able to understand all the commands and orders given by the parents then do not worry about the speech but yes you have to continue your efforts in encouraging the child to speech and decrease TV mobile and laptop
