My 2.5 year old son accidentally got hit on his genital area ... please have a look on a image ...and tell me is it a serious concern

A. in this query its difficult to comment here without proper assessment and clinical examination in such a cgase sso it will be better if you consult your nearest ddoctor to give proper suggestions abouot it proper treatment is possible only after proper diagnosis is formed afterh knowing proper history & clinical examination accordiing to the symptoms so please consult nearby doctor once.
