Q.

My 2.2 yr old have high fever 102-103 . Her head is burning but her hand and feet are cold. Her fever is returning in 2 hrs . 15 days before her crp was 55 after medicine she was fine . Now she fell ill? What should I do

A. for fever as well as pain kindly give paracetamol according to the weight of child as well as according to the power of paracetamol medicine you are having and paracetamol can be given maximum 4 times per day and also do body sponge to decrease the surface temperature. also when u take temperature in the armpitf of the child and it is 100 or more then only consider it as fever and give paracetamol. higher medicines for fever like ibugesic and mefenamic has to be given only after medical consultation. after giving ffever medicines you can wait for maximum 3 days and then meet your doctor if it is not improving. keep the child in cool atmosphere

A. Hello dear parent! This definitely needs a personal medical intervention. Give paracetamol drops for now and get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek medical advice. Keep Babyhug medicine spoon handy
