POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 7 m old boy3 years agoA. Give your kid all their favorite food. Follow your kid's cues to see if they want to self-feed or want you to help them eat. Even if they want you to feed them, just do it at first and make the first few screen-free meals as stress-free as possible for them. Hide ALL screens before mealtime.
