he eat only while he watching phone and TV . if I am not giving the phone he do vomiting

Hello mom you have to take him out of the habit , this behavior tend to more worse if not controlled now, be firm and avoid giving food , have meals together when ever possible use age appropriate books while feeding , intial days could be diffcult with the change but would eventually get better with time.
