my 19 month old boy was walking on his toes in left leg three months before after that he walked normal in between and again now he walks like that in both legs frequently.he always sits in W positioned leg .also he flaps his hands whenever happy and angry. what to do

A. hello parent most of the babies will grow out of it if there is any other associated condition kindly consult your doctor for proper evaluation developmental pediatrician would be preferable
