My 18 months old waking up at 4am but not drinking milk …. And sleeping after giving colic aid… what may be the reason

You only mentioned it that the child takes the medicine and goes to sleep maybe the child wakes up due to stomach pain and when you give the medicine the child is comfortable and goes to sleep so that can be a reason for how long has it been happening or is that become a regular practice you have to see for all these things because if it is a regular practice and that’s not healthy
