Q.
My 18 days old baby is having nasal congestion from last 1day. Sometimes she sneezes and cries as if having difficulty in breathing. If we put saline water drops, then she feels relaxed. Is there any medicine to be used??

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Continue putting saline nasal drops and keep head little elevated while feeding and sleeping and start giving indirect steam by using a vaporiser close to the baby take care and stay safe

Some home remedies :
Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far overnight.
Don't expose her to winds
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered.
you may consult your pediatrician if symptoms persist
