My 17 month old son is hot and sweats a lot.can I use cetaphil baby lotion?

You can use whichever body lotion you would want to use there is no problem but if the heat and sweat is there then check with the doctor if it is fever or not take the temperature with a thermometer and lotion of any brand you can use it has got no connection with either of the two
