my 15 months child at sudden stopped everything not even taking milk properly.weight also not increasing

A. give zincovit syrup to the baby for appetite stimulation hgl for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management
