my 15 months baby is suffering from cold and cough.Pleasr suggest some solution?

A. hello dear parents please give warm water with honey to your baby 3 to 4 times in a day also give warm water to drink and increase and take off water give vegetable soups and avoid spicy oily and ice cream cold items
