My 15 days old baby girl has developed a diaper rash though I had been using coconut oil and ample diaper free time for her skin to be kept dry. she had been crying a lot because of this rash. Can you please suggest me some diaper rash cream effective from first application itself. TIA

and it is good to avoid diapers until it get heals well.
