My 14-year-old daughter is preparing for exams, but social media notifications keep distracting her. I hate scolding her again and again. Is there a parental app that blocks these apps temporarily during exam time?

Cop would be good but why don’t you take the phone away from the child for some days till that time exams are there or just switch off all the notifications for the time being there is no point scolding the child at the age of 14 you should be more friendly to make your child understand things talk to your child’s instead of scolding the child
