Q.

my 14 month baby having fever ranging 101. c from last 24 hours. the pediatrician has prescribed colpol 120 mg. after giving colpol the fever comes down in the night. again in the evening the fever reaches 101.c. what to do

A. ang fever episode may last from 3to 6 days depending upon the immunity of the baby if the baby is not responding to medication consult with your doctor give tepid water sponging

A. Hello mom You have to continue giving medicines. Because sometimes fever take almost 3 days to cure fully. So you have to give medicine as prescribed by your paediatrician. And if temperature doesn’t goes down then you can repeat the medicine and every six hours. Happy parenting Stay home stay safe
