My 11m old baby is suffering from stuffy nose and breathing difficulty occurs when feeding.. Is it safe use nebulizer now?

Yes of course apart from that you can give steam to the child indirectly which is another group option and apart from that also you can put laser drops regularly every 5 to 6 hours as per the requirement these are the basic things that you can do and please consult your doctor for further assistance and medication
