my son is a suffering from viral and he has very stuffy nose difficulty in breathing I am giving him medicines but while sleeping he cries a lot any medicine/remedy you can suggest

A. please consult your doctor for this then only the correct diagnosis and treatment suggestion is possible after chylinical examination and knowing complete history. its very difficult to comment here .
