Try offering small portions 3 meals a day along with 1–2 healthy snacks. Give a variety of soft foods like khichdi, dal, curd, mashed vegetables, soft roti soaked in dal, and soft fruits. Let your baby explore different tastes and textures, and encourage self-feeding with safe, soft finger foods. Breast milk or formula is still important at this age. Avoid adding extra salt or sugar to your baby's food. If your baby consistently eats only 1–2 spoons, is not gaining weight, has fewer wet diapers, or seems unwell, please consult your pediatrician.

If you’re open to the Idea add proper salt and spices into the food that you are offering to the child which would be healthy because with that the child will have different experience of different taste and flavour in the food and also give food roti Sabzi everything in this
