my 11 months baby sees my face while calling but he turns his eyes or turns his face down or sees objects around us instead of face while talking from 10 days .he listens what we talking but didn't see our face. he does not respond to his name while engaging in any activity when we said iam going outside he turns his head and comes immediately.is it a sign of austism

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. in such a case it needs to be checked once so you should contact your nearby doctor as you need to get clinical examination done for proper diagniosis and then only proper treatment suggestion can be given it will be betterr ,it is difficult to suggest without knowing thorough details.
