A. Hello, your baby girl is 11 months old and she fell down from the bed and she had vomitng once and now she is okay so keep watch on her for next 24 hours

A. if the baby is comfortable doesn't have father wanting no need to worry For further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination and proper medication please try to see your local doctor once . . . . .

No Need as of now if your child has vomited then it is fine don’t worry about it just monitor and observe your child specifically for 24 to 48 hours if you see anything is not normal in the behaviour of a child is having some issue or anything then immediately get a check with your doctor otherwise it’s fine
